Pumpkin Apples

So I am on a roll with my Apple's.. Now I am trying to be creative with them. These are dipped in Orange chocolate topped with sprinkles. They were a big hit another sell out. I never knew how popular Candy Apples are this time of the year.

I can't wait to come up with an idea for Valentines Day..

Smor'e Apples

I had to try to make them and they ended up being such a big hit. My Smore Apples on a stick.

They came out so good. The hardest part is rolling the apples in the Graham Crackers and getting the thickness just right. I am having so much fun baking and trying new things. Homecoming

My weekend was none stop. From working all week at school, and on the go since it was homecoming. Taking the kids to doctor appointments. Baking for a carnival at school for Friday night along with the school football game, and to finish it off getting my daughter ready to look her best for the homecoming dance Saturday night. I am in the need of rest! But I must say as I sit here and think about it all. I would not have traded one second. To see how my daughter has grown into a beautiful young lady makes my heart melt! Time goes by too fast. Can I hit the rewind button?

Haunted Forest Centerpieces

Hi everyone, I wanted to share this GREAT idea with you. I saw this from Parents magazine and just about fell on the floor. I love this. How smart. It takes a little time to do this. but just think of what everyone will say when they see this. It makes a great table setting. I think I am going to have to try this one for sure~~

Witch Hat Cookies

These cookies are the easiest cookies to make. They come out so cute. Great for the kids in my class to make. I think I made about 30 of them so far. Once you get going with them you cant stop! Fill the in a box or a pumpkin pail wrap up with cello and it makes such a cute gift.

All you need is:

Keebler Fudge Stripe Cookies. Turn them upside down

Orange tube icing, and attached your Hershey kiss to it. That is it!

You have created a great little cookie.

How fun! The kids will love them.

Boo-Nilla Shakes

Today I found these cute little Boo-Nilla Shakes on Martha Stewart's website. Aren't these so cute. I found these little glasses at Pier One Imports. They are becoming such a hot trend right now. Great to add desserts and display it. I am using mine for Thanksgiving. These shakes are simple. Just follow this recipe.

1- cup of whole milk

2- pints of vanilla ice cream

1- cup of heavy cream

1 table spoon of confectioner sugar

Mix it all up in the blender and poor into your glass.

Make the faces with melted chocolate and paint it inside the glass before you pour.
